Heidi and Spencer have decided to take the publicity stunt…er…separation to the next level.  Heidi was seen at the courthouse filing official separation paperwork on June 8th.

We have to give them credit, those two will do ANYTHING to get some publicity.

In the un-envious timeslot against the series finale of ”Lost” nobody expected ”Celebrity Apprentice” to make even a small wave.  It’s yet to be determined what the actual numbers were for last night, but industry folks think The Donald pulled a minor upset by even standing toe-to-toe with ”Lost”.

Although she starring in both of the first two installments, she created quite a bit of controversy by slamming director Michael Bay after the release of ”Transformers 2:  Rise of the Fallen”.  Bay responded harshly saying Fox needed to ”grow up” and owes him her career.  Fox quickly backed off, but apparently it was too little, too late.

Shia LaBeouf is scheduled to star in the new Transformers movie and it is uncertain who is love interest will be.  The movie isn’t set to be released until July, 2011.

An announcement made today by Kid Rock and his people state he will be hosting the 2010 CMT Music Award show.

Don’t get us wrong; we like Kid Rock and love his music, but we’re not sure that voluntarily giving him the microphone at a major award show is the most responsible thing to do.  After all, we’ve all seen and/or heard more than one Kid Rock outburst that wasn’t for the ears of children.

Nevertheless, he will make it interesting to watch.  Make sure to tune in on June 9th to see how it all goes down.

Spencer allegedly threatened to kill one of the female producers of the show after she asked him to do something. She decided to make a formal complaint to the shows Executive Producers after she felt uncomfortable with the working situation.

The show discussed kicking him off completely, but decided to ”suspend” him for 6 weeks. During his time off he must attend and complete anger management classes. A small task for someone that threatens to kill people…

I can’t wait for the day Spencer and his plastic wife are where they belong; far, far away.

Haim was best known for his childhood movie roles in the 80′s such as ”Lucas” and ”The Lost Boys”. Recently Haim has been battling multiple addiction problems and has been in and out of rehab. One of his most recent works, ”The Two Coreys” starred himself and Corey Feldman as they worked together through addiction and trying to get their lives back on track.

The exact cause of death is unknown, but the authorities are under the assumption it was an accidental overdose. The are going to perform and autopsy, but the results won’t be known for a couple weeks.
