Ladies and Gentlemen, we have our first blockbuster of the summer.
”Iron Man 2” premiered on Friday and blew up the box office over the weekend. It hasn’t received stellar reviews, but you wouldn’t know that by the way the people lined up this weekend. ”Iron Man 2” raked in over $133 Million domestically in it’s opening weekend. Paramount estimated a $200 Million in receipts total for the latest installment. It is now apparent that it will well exceed that amount, in the very near future.
