With all the sad celebrity passings and other gossip running around we’ve been ignoring the Weekend Box Office Numbers. While we were away not too much changed.
Megan Fox’s ”Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” has held on strong at the #1 position and is creeping up on the $300 Million mark. ”The Proposal” and ”The Hangover” have also held their positions at #2 and #3 respectively, until this weekend. The release of the latest installment of ”Ice Age” and the new Johnny Depp movie, ”Public Enemies”, took over the #2 and #3 positions respectively . Check out the entire top 5 below.
1) ”Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen:” – $42 Million (Total $293 Million)
2) ”Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs” – $41 Million (Total $66 Million)
3) ”Public Enemies” – $25 Million (Total $40 Million)
4) ”The Proposal” – $12 Million (Total $94 Million)
5) ” The Hangover” – $11 Million (Total $205 Million)
