It’s that time of year and we have finally learned who will be up for the years’ biggest prizes. With the 2009 Academy Awards on the horizon they announced all of the nominees.
The movie with the most nominations was ”The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” starring Brad Pitt. It seized 13 nominations. Right on it’s heels was ”Slumdog Millionaire”, the trendy award show pick this year.

Best Actress – Meryl Streep ”Doubt”, Angelina Jolie ”Changeling”

Supporting Actor – Josh Brolin ”Milk”, Heath Ledger ”The Dark Knight”
Supporting Actress – Amy Adams ”Doubt”, Marissa Tomei ”The Wrestler”
Director – Danny Boyle, Ron Howard, David Finch
