We didn’t get a chance over the crazy holiday to talk about the new movies in the box office. Coming in first over the holiday weekend, to my surprise, was the movie ”Marley & Me”.
With many other movies debuting over the Christmas holiday like; ”Bedtime Stories” with Adam Sandler, ”The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”
The one thing this movie didn’t lack was star power. It stars Owen Wilson, Jennifer Aniston and Eric Dane (of Grey’s Anatomy). ”Marley & Me” pulled in a little over $36,000,000 in it’s first weekend, beating ”Bedtime Stories” by $9,000,000.
I’ve heard and read really good reviews on this movie and I plan to help add to that great starting number this weekend.
