Time Magazine Person Of The Year for 2008

December 18th, 2008

Towards the end of every year we get to enjoy the ”lists” for 2008.  We already discussed the 2008, Sexiest Man Alive as well as Barbara Walter’s Most Fascinating Person of 2008.Yesterday Time Magazine revealed it’s Person of the Year for 2008.  To nobodys’ surprise it was President-Elect Barack Obama.  Runner’s up for the award included:  Henry Paulson, Nicolas Sarkozy, Sarah Palin and Zhang Yimou.

Former Winners of this award are:

2007 – Vladimir Putin

2006 – You

2005 – Good Samaritans

2004 – George W. Bush

I love when these magazines and other various outlets give their lists for the year.  I can’t wait to see who tops it in 2009.
